The success of the Brighter Choice Charter Schools in part rests upon the development of a school culture in which all members of the school community share common goals for student achievement and work collaboratively to achieve them. In order for this to take place, parents need to have:

regular, honest communication
a shared stake in the success of the school
a genuine voice in the way that the school is run
